Our apartments at the second floor of three (no lift available about 40 steps) they are decorated with care , in order to offer our guests a little home from home.There are apts and studios from one to four guests
all provided with a ample bedroom with a king size bed (cm 190*200) or twin beds(95*200), TV,safety box, digital alarm clock and private bathroom with shower and hairdryer ;
*the kitchen or kitchenette are fully equipped with: refrigerator, freezer, ,plates,glasses,pans,moka coffe maker.
Baby equipment is available on request.
We would also like to inform you that we are very central located in a serviced street, via Collegio di Spagna, where you can find restaurant- pizzeria "il Tarì", a couple of coffee shops and a fine food, fruit and vegetable shop if you want to arrange a dinner for yourself. You will also find the ancient "Farmacia della Pigna" a pharmacy that dates back to the fifteenth century and an one internet point and copy centre. | |

History is a part of your house in Bologna and if you have a look out of the window you will admire the ancient Collegio di Spagna named after the Institute founded in 1365 by Cardinal Egidio Albornoz to hous the spanish students attending classes at the oldest University of the world that means the University of Bologna.
The Collegio di Spagna is a functional two-storey building, with the rooms distribuited along the arcaded courtyard in the center. Encompassed by a crenellated wall, it has a valuable entranceportal made by Formigine (1525). It includesalso the gotic church of San Clemente (14th century) with a nice polyptyc by Marco Zoppo venetian

From the airport you can catch a cab or the shuttle bus named BLQ, get off at the 1st stop in via Indipendenza cross the street then an get bus number 20 that will drive you to collegio di Spagna bus stop.

Should you cancel a reservation for any reason up to 30 working days days before your arrival, you will be refunded (expenses for the reimbursement will be deducted).
Should you change your reservation for any reason less than 30 before your arrival your deposit won't be refounded. Should you modify your reservation after this term rate and accomodations cannot be changed.
